A great find for a quick stop off near the M5. It took only 5 mins to get here and the food and coffee are both great. The staff are smiley and helpful too. Dog friendly

Called in with a small group out on a cycle ride. Coffee and cake were great, and staff were friendly and efficient.

It’s a really great place, and really deserves to do well. I’ve been going nearly every week now for a few months, when we can really, and have to say the Coffee is consistently the best in Tewkesbury now. We love the food, it’s tasty and really nicely done. I have to mention the cakes, can’t have too many but you just can’t resist, they really are that good, and best of all it’s a brilliant inviting atmosphere. Welcoming, Very friendly, and come summertime I’m sure will be packed outside. Highly recommended

The Battle of Tewkesbury took place in the year 1471. We've been led to believe that the Yorkist army gathered at Maisie's Courtyard Cafe prior to marching the short distance to the battlefield. King Edward IV rallied his troops whilst drinking a flat white and munching his way through a cheddar and mozzarella toastie. That toastie, incidentally, was made with granary bread. It's no surprise that the Yorkists won as they had been supplied with some great cakes from Maisies, each soldier was well fed, enough energy to sustain themselves through the whole battle. I was served with an acceptable latte and although the swirly was a bit disappointing the charming ladies who served me proved that they could swirly with the best on the coffee made after mine. I've supplied photographic proof below. Maisie's is very close to the Roses Theatre. If you feel traumatised about visiting the place where Eric Morecambe had his fatal heart attack get yourself into Maisie's to recover.

Lovely experience. The cafe was close to closing time but, the gentleman serving couldn’t do enough to make us feel welcome and offered to get get chairs, re-open awning and brought us out plates even though we were happy to just eat our sandwich on the go. We’ve not had service like that in a long time. Well done.

Amazing local cafe. Been several times now and the staff are so friendly and the coffee and cakes are brilliant. Maisie's Cafe should definately be supported by locals as the inside and outside have been renovated and look great with some lively touches like the blankets outside. The milkshakes are lovely, particularly the salted caramel this weekend! Definately give Maisie's a try it won't disappoint.

My office got a Maisie’s take-away for lunch recently. Everything was delicious, hot, and ready to go on time when we arrived to collect it. Pictured is the hot bacon, brie, and cranberry sandwich, they were also able to accommodate us with a very nice vegan option. The baked goods are lovely and the staff always friendly.
